German Design Award 2025: S 900 Q honoured

Through design, the German Design Award aims to promote the social tasks of our time across all sectors. In doing so, it makes outstanding design trends visible and actively supports the further development of the design-orientated economy. Only those product solutions that provide innovative answers to current challenges and further develop the design concept in a forward-looking way are honoured with this award.

In the “Excellent Product Design – Bath and Wellness” category, the square-form S 900 Q accessories won over the high-calibre international jury. The product solution was honoured with the "Winner" award for outstanding design quality.

The award-winning solution: S 900 Q

The S 900 Q design variant from HEWI impresses with a quadratic style that creates timeless accents. The clean lines show attitude and skilfully highlight the accessories to great effect. The accessories’ linearity is underlined by the variety of materials and colours in stainless steel, chrome and powder-coated in white, black and grey. Round inserts made of satinised crystal glass create exciting contrasts. With their modern design, the accessories are suitable for use in various types of building. Thanks to the system concept, S 900 Q can be combined with all HEWI solutions for consistent design throughout.

German Design Award: Awarded by the German Design Council

The German Design Award is presented by the German Design Council, one of the leading international centres of expertise in the field of design. Founded almost 70 years ago on the initiative of the German Bundestag, the Council has been supporting companies in the development of their brand and design strategies and strengthening the importance of German design as an economic success factor ever since.
